As a private client, you will be assigned a matchmade dedicated in-house shopper; unlimited sourcing; curated mood boards; priority access to limited edition designs and expert consultations, plus invitations to a programme of extraordinary events.
HOW WE SOURCE
Contact our sourcing team via Instagram, WhatsApp or Email with your sourcing requests. Our team will reply within 24 hrs and confirm your search is under way. Most items are located within 48hrs of request, occasionally a search may take longer. When a requested piece is located our team will issue an invoice containing payment link. This can be sent via IG DM, WhatsApp or email and payment link can be processed using all major credit cards. An order is not confirmed until payment is complete and communication has been received by client from the Luminaire team.
Luminaire charges a finding fee of 10% on all items sourced. Once an item has been located an invoice will be sent via email, IG message or Whatsapp with the option to pay either by online payment link or bank transfer.
All invoices are due for immediate payment in order to secure your item, it is therefore possible that an item will become unavailable between confirmation of availability being confirmed to client and payment being made. Only once payment has been received will a product be released for shipping.
Items are shipped either from our London office or directly from source. All orders will be sent via express international courier and all shopping fees will be pre-advised and included on product invoice. Please note any taxes or fees incurred by International shipping will be payable by recipient.
As each piece is sourced to order shipping times can vary, however it is Luminaire standard practice to expedite orders wherever possible and clear timing for delivery will be advised prior to confirmation of order.
Please note that as all items are sourced to order, returns will not be accepted. In the unlikely event that goods received are either faulty or do not match description, Luminaire will endeavor to return on your behalf within restrictions set out by individual vendor.
