Set in the dappled shade of a St. Tropez garden, hidden behind the elusive gates of 13 Rue François Sibilli, Monsieur Dior is the restaurant opening of the season. Under the helm of Mauro Colagreco, the triple Michelin starred visionary chef behind Mirazur, this is a menu which exalts the French Riviera’s sun-kissed, gentle living. Turning to Christian Dior’s love of Provence for inspiration, plates are a masterpiece of colour evoking the landscapes of the region in tribute to the late couturier.
“We wanted to capture the spirit of the House of Dior and the legacy of Christian Dior: his absolute love of gardens, which he considered an inexhaustible source of inspiration, almost like an inner refuge”

“Our cuisine draws inspiration from nature, but also from the lines, volumes and colors of the House of Dior’s iconic dresses; above all from Provence and its unique light. It is the poetry of the Mediterranean in all its beauty.”
This is the Maison’s 4th Monsieur Dior location, a lush hideaway of verdant paths where hidden tables are dressed in starched linens and glassware in shades of emerald that reflect the gardens around them. The only one of the four locations set entirely in the open air, the overall feeling is one of being at one with the abundant foliage in which the restaurant is set. Ingredients are sourced directly from Colagreco’s biodynamic orchards and gardens in Menton. Order the Champ de Trefles, a signature starter made of red prawns and plated to resemble the Lady Dior Clover handbag, or the Corolle dessert, a breathtaking frozen parfait finished with delicate iced flowers – an edible homage to Dior’s inaugural 1947 haute couture collection that is almost to pretty too eat. Almost.
