When it comes to facials, I'm results-driven, rather than seeking relaxation. What was the motivation behind launching LYMA?

The Supplement is where it all started and came from my battle with severely poor health following the birth of my daughter. The medical world couldn't find a solution but when at random, I met the world leading authority on pharmaconutrition, Professor Paul Clayton, he was confident that the proven nutraceuticals world could. He introduced me to the virtually unknown category of evidence based supplements where every ingredient is peer-reviewed and dosed at the clinically proven level, the same process as a pharmaceutical drug. The initial protocol he gave me not only brought me back to full vitality within weeks, but was also the life changing moment I decided to launch LYMA.

What does wellness mean to you?

I believe in living intentionally and making all efforts towards longevity. I want to stay healthy and vibrant for as long into my life as possible and that’s what LYMA does for so many people. Do you have any daily rituals that you swear by?

I have a few non-negotiables when it comes to health routines, starting with drinking a litre of hot water and lemon to start my day. That’s also when I take my LYMA Supplement. My golden rule for eating is that I don’t eat anything with an ingredient in it that I wouldn’t have in my kitchen cupboards. It keeps my nutrition on track and well away from processed foods.

I find I can’t meditate in silence, so I make my daily meditation multipurpose and do it in the shower whilst wearing the LYMA Oxygen Glide. It's supercharged with oxygen and formulated in a way that means the skin can fully absorb it as well as simultaneously pulling in moisture from the atmosphere. Finally, no tech after 8pm, aside from the LYMA Laser PRO that is. I wasn't genetically blessed with great skin, so my nighttime skincare routine is incredibly important to me.
