Always remove a piece you’ve put on. It might sound cliched, but it truly works.

I am always inspired by ambitious women who succeed in juggling both their careers and home life, and that can be said across all industries.

How do you switch off?

Spending time with my children is my opportunity to switch off from my work life, and be totally in the moment.

A wellness ritual that you swear by.

Practicing regular Pilates is an escape for me, both for my physical and mental health.

A scent with the most memories and the beauty product that you can’t go without.

BYREDO’s Rose of No Man’s Land scent is tinged with memories for me – both positive and difficult memories – it reminds me of where I have come, and how I have grown. My beauty essentials would have to be a good waterproof mascara and Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk lipstick.

I believe it is important to keep reflecting on yourself in every area of your life, to keep asking yourself ‘how do I become the best version of myself?’ and then never be afraid of embracing that change.
