What beauty means to you.

Contentment, being in love, being happy in your own skin.

A beauty or wellness mantra that you’ve passed on to your daughter.

Less is more.

Thoughts on self-love

I have learned so much on this subject from Deepak Chopra; ‘that at its core, self-love is an unconditional acceptance of yourself.’

Your approach to ageing and how your skin has changed.

I have definitely taken more care of skin in recent years and have seen a noticeable difference since following my COSMOSS skincare rituals morning and night.

I'm never without The Golden Nectar, Sacred Mist and Face Cream. Sacred Mist is our signature scent. I wanted it to be sensual as well as calming. Victoria Young helped build the fragrance from the base up, starting with Oak Moss, the essence of protection, something we all need, and then we incorporated flowers from my garden and scents I love such as Geranium, Jasmine and Tuberose. The Golden Nectar Face Oil is my hero product, it glides on the face and gives a beautiful glow without feeling too heavy. It works well with a Gua-Sha to help stimulate circulation and decrease puffiness. I use the Nectar day and night, on my face, my body, and in my hair. I like to add a few drops of it into the Face Cream for ultimate hydration.

"I believe wellness is as much about ‘taking a moment’ as it is about the rituals you follow."

Kate Moss

The wellness ritual that you swear by.

COSMOSS – it’s about creating rituals and re-establishing calm. I start every day with a cup of the Dawn Tea and choose an affirmation from our ‘Love Letters’ book. I like to start every day with this ritual, then a meditation followed by some Pilates or yoga. Then I feel ready for the day.

Homeopath and shaman, Victoria Young has been instrumental in my own wellness journey and COSMOSS is about sharing the tips and rituals I have learned, the things that have helped me feel more balanced and grounded. I knew if Victoria was involved we could combine holistic and homeopathic elements to create something magical. The process started in lockdown when I had time on my hands so COSMOSS was born and blended literally around my kitchen table.

The experts you rely on.

Victoria Young; Charlotte Tilbury makeup; Sam McKnight and Nicola Clarke for hair; I go to my good friend nutritionist Rose Ferguson for tips and advice; for facials I go to Teresa Tarmey in London and have also started seeing Keren Bartov, who uses so many incredible machines. We’ve  also started to develop COSMOSS Spa treatments too - an immersive experience for body and mind. The first launched with Lakes By Yoo near my home in the country and recently The Four Seasons Park Lane in London have also created a bespoke experience and we have others in the pipeline.

Home in the Cotswolds.

For me, the Cotswolds is home, this is where I feel I can relax and I really feel the benefits of being surrounded by nature. I travel a lot, so being there, at home, is my favourite place to be; I am happiest hanging out in my garden.

What luxury means to you.

Time, it’s my biggest luxury.

Your intentions for the year ahead

Live in the moment.
